Permission was given for the demolition of an existing 20th century building and replacement with a larger residential property. Being located within the Grantchester Conservation Area and in close proximity to a number of listed buildings careful consideration was required to understand the impact on the replacement dwelling.

Alongside Graham Handley Architects we engaged in a pre-application with the Local Planning Authority to ensure all opportunities and constraints of the site were understood from the earliest opportunity.
